The role will support current-state PeopleSoft ERP operations while helping position the team for Prologis’ future financial system modernization.The ideal candidate brings strong accounting knowledge, a systems mindset, and a desire to grow into broader ERP operational ownership over time. This role is especially important because it will help maintain current operational stability while ERP transformation efforts increase. It will partner closely with the AP, Service Desk, EPM, Reporting, IT, and Finance Transformation teams to ensure ERP processes, financial data, and support activities remain accurate, controlled, and reliable.Here’s how to do that:Support day-to-day operation of core ERP financial systems and processes, with primary focus on General Ledger, Asset Management, and Project CostingOwn and improve ERP operational support processes related to GL, Asset Management, close activities, issue resolution, and financial data outputsPartner with Accounting teams to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close cyclesEnsure ERP outputs are accurate, complete, and aligned with downstream EPM, reporting, and reconciliation requirementsSupport configuration, maintenance, issue analysis, and enhancement activities within the PeopleSoft ERP environmentPartner with the ERP Operations Technical Lead and Service Desk to triage, prioritize, route, and resolve system issues and user requestsIdentify recurring issues, process gaps, manual workarounds, and control risks, and work with stakeholders to resolve themReview, map, and document current ERP processes, dependencies, controls, and operating proceduresSupport ERP readiness efforts by building strong current-state process knowledge and documenting key operational requirementsPartner with ERP transformation leadership to support transition readiness and operational continuity throughout the Oracle Fusion implementationSupport ERP transformation activities, including process documentation, testing, data validation, reconciliation, and future-state design inputCollaborate with EPM, Reporting, IT, and Data teams to ensure ERP data structures and outputs align with close, reporting, and analytics needsMake thoughtful recommendations to improve ERP usability, support quality, process consistency, control execution, and operational scalabilityHelp establish a stronger ERP run-state model that allows transformation resources to focus on future-state design and implementationCreate clear documentation, support materials, and communication to improve transparency and knowledge transfer across Finance users and FAST team membersTell us if you’re ready:Accounting Foundation: Brings strong GL and close process knowledge and understands how ERP data supports financial reportingSystems Mindset: Is curious about how systems work and can translate accounting needs into process and system requirementsOperational Ownership: Takes accountability for support quality, issue resolution, documentation, and continuous improvementProblem Solving: Brings structure and sound judgment to ERP issues, process gaps, and cross-functional support challengesQuality Orientation: Holds a high bar for accuracy, completeness, controls, documentation, and operational reliabilityBusiness Partnership: Builds strong relationships across Accounting, AP, EPM, Reporting, IT, and Finance Transformation teamsCommunication: Communicates clearly with both business users and technical teams, especially when resolving issues or documenting processesLearning Agility: Has the desire and capacity to grow into broader ERP ownership and future-state operational leadershipContinuous Improvement: Looks for practical ways to simplify, standardize, and improve ERP processes and support activitiesRequired experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field6+ years of related experience in Accounting, ERP support, finance systems, financial operations, business systems, or related rolesStrong accounting background with emphasis on General Ledger and financial close processesExperience working with ERP systems; Peoplesoft/Oracle strongly preferredSolid understanding of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesExperience supporting system issue resolution, process documentation, controls, reconciliations, or operational support activitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work across business and technical teams to resolve issues and improve process outcomesStrong communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environmentPreferred experience:Experience supporting PeopleSoft General Ledger, Asset Management, Project Costing, AP, or related ERP modulesExposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or system transformation initiativesFamiliarity with Oracle Fusion or other modern cloud ERP platformsExperience working with downstream financial systems such as EPM, reporting platforms, reconciliation tools, or data lake outputsExperience documenting current-state processes, controls, system dependencies, and operating proceduresExperience supporting SOX controls, internal audit requirements, or financial system governance processesInterest in developing broader technical, operational, and leadership capabilities within Finance SystemsDemonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.Experience in commercial real estate, investment management, funds, ventures, or similarly complex asset-intensive industries is a plusHiring Salary Range of: $109,000 - $150,000.
