Job Description
We are looking for a full time assistant/receptionist. Duties include but not limited to: answering the telephone, preparing letters, calendaring court dates, requesting discovery, ordering office supplies, filing and general office duties. Any other duties that may be assigned. Overtime is available but not required. All applicants must be extremely organized, willing to answer numerous phone calls and prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
