Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities To ensure that guests are fully enjoying their visit to our restaurant. Directs and motivates the staff to ensure the guests are well taken care of and having a great experience. Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing financial analysis Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising and public and community program strategies Control purchases and inventory Maintain operations by creating, understanding, and implementing policies and standard operating procedures for consistent productivity and quality Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food beverage service offerings Accomplishes bar and restaurant human resource objectives, by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and mentoring Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry #J-18808-Ljbffr EHPV Management Group
