The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise-scale implementations, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory-driven environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for Oracle Financials implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business objectives.Manage cross-functional teams including finance, IT, regulatory, and external vendors.Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, including GxP and other regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports.Drive stakeholder communication at all levels, including senior leadership.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of projects.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.Ensure quality assurance and adherence to internal governance frameworks.Support change management and user adoption strategies.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.10+ years of project management experience.5+ years of proven experience in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM modules preferred).5+ years of strong experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.5+ years of hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GxP.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials.Familiarity with validation processes (CSV – Computer System Validation).Experience working in global, multi-cultural environments.Key SkillsProject Planning & ExecutionRisk & Issue ManagementStakeholder ManagementFinancial AcumenRegulatory Compliance (GxP)Vendor ManagementChange ManagementExperienceMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management.At least 5+ years working with Oracle Financials.Prior experience in pharma/life sciences industry is mandatory.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
