If you love people, thrive on creating positive experiences, and can make everyone feel like a VIP, we want you on our team.You'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents, helping create a warm, welcoming environment from the moment they walk through our doors.We are currently hiring for our Living at Bonita Springs senior living community located in Bonita Springs, FL.What You'll DoWelcome residents, families, visitors, and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, take messages, and provide helpful information.Create a clean, comfortable, and inviting lobby experience for everyone who enters our community.Assist residents with mail, packages, and other everyday requests.Support activities and encourage residents to participate and stay connected.Be a resource for prospective residents and families by answering questions, connecting them with the appropriate sales team, and assisting with tours when needed.Support Sales & Marketing with inquiries, lead management, tours, and marketing materials.Assist the Business Office with resident documentation and file maintenance while maintaining confidentiality.Work collaboratively with community leaders and jump in wherever needed to help create an exceptional experience.Bring creativity, attention to detail, and a "how can I help?" attitude to everything you do. What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent.At least 6 months of receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or similar experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable communicating with people in person and over the phone.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Professional, friendly, dependable, and confident.Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.Most importantly, a genuine desire to make people feel welcome and cared for.Why Inspired Living?We believe the best communities are built by people who genuinely care about people.
