Mancan is currently looking for a Administrative Professional for a client in Bonita Springs. Our client is prestigious high-end design firm. We are seeking a polished and highly organized Administrative Professional to support the Principal Designer and assist with the daily operations of the office.

Position Summary
The Administrative Professional will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients, vendors, and team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and executive support to the Principal Designer
Manage calendars, scheduling, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and business partners
Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, and other business documents
Track payments, invoices, and project-related records
Maintain organized office, client, and project files
Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Assist with client events, special projects, trade shows, and photography scheduling
Coordinate meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up
Support the firm's day-to-day administrative needs as assigned

Qualifications
Previous experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, office management, or similar support role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency with standard office software and administrative systems
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team

Interviews are scheduled Mon-Fri 9am-11am & 1pm-3pm
