EPR Program ManagerThe Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Program Manager oversees the implementation, communication, KPI's, and tracking of ongoing EPR related activities, from conception to completion with specified deliverables. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of project team members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders. The EPR Program Manager will oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle to ensure deliverables and requirements are executed consistent with company strategy and goals.The Company is one of North America's leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management, and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.Responsibilities:Direct, manage and execute EPR project development from planning through implementationDesign, coordinate and launch new EPR programs to respond to legal requirements in the EU, using hard data and evidence to drive decision-makingEnsure accurate packaging data and support client with timely registration and reporting to regulatory bodies of Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs)Within project scope, define goals and deliverables that support business strategyProvide direction and support to project team members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated and executed consistent with company goalsPlan and facilitate project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summariesUtilize systems and analytics to identify and mitigate risksUtilize appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlinesQualifications:Education Requirements: Bachelor's degreeExperience Requirements: 4-6 years experience in relevant fieldTravel requirement: No travel requirementsSupervisor Responsibility:Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reportsIndirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reportsRequired Knowledge and Skills:Practices project management principles and processesStrong computer and technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent written communication and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate across all organizational levels, including project changes, recap meeting notes, and ensuring a smooth project flowAbility to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategicallyAbility to research and analyze data effectivelyWell-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environmentFlexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environmentAbility to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision to meet deadlinesAbility to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departmentsEnvironmental & Physical Requirements:Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
