About the Role This role onboards and supports doctari deployments — guiding clinical and partner customers through implementation, integration, and ongoing success with ABCD-powered insights. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation and onboarding for new doctari deployments. Support integration with hospital and partner IT environments. Serve as the day-to-day support contact, triaging and resolving customer issues. Document configurations, runbooks, and customer-facing guides. Relay customer feedback to product and engineering. Required Qualifications 3+ years in implementation, customer success, or technical support (healthcare/SaaS preferred). Strong troubleshooting and customer-communication skills. Comfort with technical integrations and basic data workflows. Organized, customer-first, and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting clinical or regulated software. Familiarity with HL7/FHIR or healthcare integrations. Ticketing and knowledge-base tooling experience. A Day in the Role Chicago-based hybrid role using open desks and call booths in the commercial zone, coordinating closely with engineering and BD.
