We are looking for an experienced and dependable Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for visitors while keeping administrative tasks organized and accurate. Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a friendly and welcoming office experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and relay messages accurately.
• Assist customers with completing quote-related forms and gather required information clearly and efficiently.
• Enter customer and service information into company records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain an organized reception area and support smooth day-to-day front office operations.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers in person and over the phone, helping resolve routine questions in a timely manner.• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-focused approach when interacting with customers and staff.
• Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Proficiency with data entry and general office systems, with close attention to accuracy.
• Comfortable assisting customers with forms and routine administrative documentation.
• Reliable organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day.
