Shifts Available

• 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 1:45pm–10:00pm
• 3rd Shift: Sun–Thu, 9:45pm–6:00am
• Weekend Days: Fri–Sun, 6:00am–6:00pm
• Weekend Nights: Fri–Sun, 6:00pm–6:00am

Imagine Your Shift

You start with a safety sweep—Lockout/Tagout ready, guards in place. Machines come online; OEE targets are in sight. You run product to spec, check bottles at defined intervals, label and tag correctly, and if anything is off, you quarantine it with complete hold documentation. A scheduled PM pops up—you execute, clean to “showroom,” and log improvement ideas using TPM principles. A mold changeover is next—SMED steps minimize downtime, and production restarts smoothly. Between cycles, you update MicroMain, record parts usage, and fire off a quick ticket for an urgent repair. Before the shift ends, floors are mopped, trash is out, and SPC charts are current.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to meet/exceed OEE and quality standards; proactively correct safety and efficiency issues; complete Maintenance Manager–assigned tasks; use power tools safely.
• Perform routine bottle inspections per Shift Production Supervisor direction; ensure proper labeling/tagging; hold nonconforming product with full documentation.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance; improve machine performance during PMs; restore “showroom” condition; tag components for repair/replacement per TPM.
• Execute mold changeovers using SMED; verify safe, efficient operation post-change.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and process problems as needed or directed by management/Production Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate CMMS (MicroMain) records; track inventory usage; complete work orders; create quick tickets for emergency repairs; alert the Maintenance Manager at reorder thresholds.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager on equipment training and development; recommend training topics.
• Capture quality data in the NWA Quality Monitor at required intervals; record raw material lot numbers; ensure specifications are met; hold and document out-of-spec product; communicate deviations.
• Maintain order and cleanliness: perform tasks per the Master Cleaning Schedule; complete line sanitation per the Master Sanitation Schedule and procedures; keep areas clean, empty trash at shift end, sweep/mop, and clean equipment promptly if soiled.
• Document machine/process changes; complete operator checklists; keep production reporting accurate; log maintenance/repairs and parts usage via MicroMain or handhelds.
• Review and chart SPC data; assess consistency and compliance; communicate non-compliance to production and maintenance.
• Participate in site teams: safety, quality, sustainability, community involvement, OEE, maintenance, employee wellness, brainstorming, and continuous improvement.
• Drive personal development: request manager meetings, additional training, broader involvement, continuing education; set self-development and performance goals.
• Serve on the Problem Solving Team as needed; immediately report quality, food safety, GMP, and food defense issues to a supervisor or management.
