Lead or participate in interdisciplinary rounds while partnering with specialty services to create integrated treatment plans for complex patients. Perform advanced therapies, including mechanical ventilation, high-flow oxygen therapy, therapeutic plasma exchange, hemofiltration, and other critical care interventions supported by CASE's advanced ICU capabilities. Support program growth, teaching initiatives, and clinical excellence across the Emergency and Critical Care service. Engage in continuing education, mentorship, research opportunities, and professional development within a collaborative specialty environment. Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care. Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations. Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning. What You Bring DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Colorado veterinary licensure. Board Certification (DACVECC) or Residency Trained in Emergency & Critical Care. Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach. A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.
