Associate Digital Product Manager of Mobile Apps

Role Description

BCBST is hiring an Associate Digital Product Manager of Mobile Apps. We’re looking for a collaborative, execution‑focused digital product professional who partners closely with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to translate evolving business priorities into effective mobile‑first digital strategies, features, and content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience and brings strong organizational and Agile delivery skills.

In this role, you’ll:

• Help shape and advance mobile app strategies supporting areas across the organization.
• Manage a prioritized backlog aligned to engineering capacity and the digital roadmap.
• Lead Agile ceremonies to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Work closely with Engineering and cross‑functional partners to deliver scalable, compliant mobile solutions that meet business, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Note:

• This is a remote role with occasional travel to BCBST headquarters in Chattanooga, TN.
• Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
• 3 years of experience working in the field of digital product management, content management, web design and publishing, member/relationship database marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and SharePoint.
• Must be a team player, be organized, and have the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Agile Methodology, Mobile Applications.
