You will serve as the first point of contact delivering an exceptional five-star luxury concierge experience that reflects the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression that reflects the luxury brand experience.Check in clients, verify appointments and accurately enter and maintain customer information within the dealership CRM/database.Escort clients throughout the showroom and dealership, ensuring a personalized, white-glove experience from arrival to departure.Coordinate communication between clients, sales team, service team and management to ensure seamless customer experience.Conduct timely follow-up calls, emails, and messages to confirm customer satisfaction, appointment reminders and ongoing client engagement.Answer and direct incoming calls while handling client inquiries with professionalism, discretion and urgency.Maintain accurate customer logs, visitor records, and daily concierge activity reports.Manage inventory for customer amenities, office supplies, marketing materials, and hospitality items, always ensuring appropriate stock levels.Track café log, monitoring purchases between sales and services clientsPerform administrative duties including data entry, filling, scheduling document preparation, and record maintenance, lost and found with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.Maintain an immaculate lobby area, client lounge, and hospitality spaces that reflect luxury dealership standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations while consistently exceeding client's expectations through exceptional service.Core Competencies:Five-Star Concierge ServiceLuxury Client RelationsWhite-Glove HospitalityCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)Administrative SupportData entry and Record ManagementClient check-In and RegistrationInventory ManagementVIP Guest ExperienceAppointment CoordinationCustomer follow-UpProfessional CommunicationAttention to DetailBrand RepresentationRelationship BuildingQualifications:Professionalism: You're polished, personable, and always deliver service with a smile.Tech Savvy: Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.Experience: 2-5 years in customer service within a luxury environment, such as 5-star hotels or high-end retail.
