In this role, you will:- Perform scheduled services and corrective repairs on a variety of trailer types.
- Pinpoint issues fast—mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical—and implement effective fixes.
- Verify safety compliance through thorough inspections of brakes, axles, lighting, and structural elements.
- Repair or replace key components, including brake assemblies, axles, wiring, and related systems.
- Record all work performed with clear, complete documentation.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve repair flow and turnaround times.
- Follow safety procedures at every step while keeping work areas clean and organized.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive/trailer repair is a bonus.
- Proven experience servicing trailers or similar heavy equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a problem‑solving mindset.
- Working knowledge of hydraulics and trailer electrical systems.
- The ability to work solo when needed and contribute within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
