Are you a strategic storyteller who knows how to connect employees to a company's vision and inspire engagement across an organization? Silgan Dispensing is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to develop and execute communication strategies that keep our global workforce informed, engaged, and aligned.

In this highly visible role, you'll partner with executive leadership and business leaders to deliver meaningful communications that support company initiatives, strengthen culture, and drive organizational success.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute global internal communication strategies.
• Create compelling content for executive communications, employee announcements, newsletters, intranet content, presentations, videos, and digital communications.
• Support organizational change initiatives through thoughtful communication planning and execution.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, Safety, and business leaders to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
• Lead employee engagement communication campaigns that reinforce our culture and values.
• Measure communication effectiveness through analytics, employee feedback, and engagement metrics.
• Support crisis and business continuity communications as needed.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal, employee, or corporate communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing executive-level communications.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing or global organizations.
• Experience leading change management communications.
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms and communication analytics.

The anticipated annual starting salary for this position is $75,000. Final compensation may be higher and will be commensurate with the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall value they bring to the organization.
