Revenue Strategy Analyst

A leading law firm is seeking a Revenue & Rates Strategy Analyst to join its Strategic Pricing team. This role will partner with attorneys, Finance, Billing, Marketing, and Business Development to support pricing, rate management, budgeting, revenue strategy, and client profitability initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong financial analysis skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. Responsibilities Analyze client rates, revenue, realization, profitability, and overall financial performance. Support client rate reviews, negotiations, and annual rate-setting initiatives. Review rate agreements, pricing structures, and billing performance to identify opportunities to improve client economics. Develop matter budgets, pricing models, and analyses for AFAs, proposals, and RFPs. Monitor budget-to-actual performance and pricing/revenue initiatives. Analyze client history, utilization, market trends, and financial performance. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for attorneys and firm leadership. Collaborate across Finance, Billing, Marketing, and Business Development on strategic pricing initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, revenue management, client value, consulting, or a similar analytical role. Law firm or professional services experience preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; Power BI experience preferred. Experience with Aderant, Intellistat, or similar financial systems is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and data visualization skills.
