Senior Accountant

Overview LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Accountant to join a high-performing finance team in Northbrook. Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly journal entries and consolidations Lead month-end close processes and financial analyses Compile reports for management, directors and regulatory bodies Analyze account balances and maintain supporting documentation Support equity method accounting and partnership accounting Monitor sales activity, pricing and financial trends Reconcile intercompany transactions Present insights to leadership and cross-functional teams Identify and implement process improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Active CPA required 3+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel-heavy) SAP experience preferred Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities Strong communication and analytical skills Compensation: $100,000-$105,000 base and eligible to earn a 5% bonus Location: Northbrook, IL Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite) If you’re ready to step into a high-impact Senior Accountant role, apply today and bring your expertise to a team that values innovation and growth.
