MRI Technologist I

MRI Technologist IWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MRI Technologist I to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This entry-level position requires a strong understanding of MRI technology, patient care, and safety protocols.Key responsibilities include:Operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.Preparing patients for MRI procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.Following established protocols and safety guidelines to minimize risks associated with MRI scans.Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging and patient care.Maintaining and troubleshooting MRI equipment as needed.Documenting procedures and maintaining patient records accurately.Adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards related to MRI operations.Qualifications:Certification or degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.Certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) preferred.Basic knowledge of MRI procedures and safety standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Commitment to patient care and confidentiality.This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
