At Fresh Freight, we move more than freight, we move freshness. Who We Want: We’re seeking an Executive Coordinator to support our President and leadership team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and able to balance executive support with corporate operations. If you bring experience in executive assistance, project management, or operations and want to create the structure that drives growth and smart decisions, this role is for you. What You’ll do: As the Executive Coordinator, you will support the president by managing calendars, organizing priorities, and preparing briefs, while also assisting with project coordination, reporting, and administrative tasks. Primary Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage the president’s calendar, task lists, briefs, and meeting recaps Project Coordination: Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and assist with cross-functional initiatives Corporate Operations: Maintain SOPs, corporate filings, and compliance records Reporting & Analysis: Prepare dashboards, briefs, and financial documents to support decision-making Administrative Support: Oversee office management, meeting preparation, and CRM activity Qualifications 3–5 years in a corporate environment Background in executive assistance, project coordination, or operations support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and project management tools Ability to analyze data and create executive-ready dashboards, briefs, and reports Strong organizational and communication skills, with discretion in handling confidential information Perks of Working With Us Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Company paid health and dental insurance. 401k matching after 1 year of employment.
