Summer Help-Maintenance and Custodial Support

Seasonal Summer EmploymentCity View ISD is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to assist with summer maintenance and custodial projects throughout the district. This temporary position supports the preparation, upkeep, and improvement of district facilities and grounds during the summer months.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Performing general labor and maintenance support tasksMoving and arranging furniture, equipment, and suppliesAssisting with grounds maintenance and outdoor cleanupOrganizing storage rooms, maintenance areas, and district inventoryCleaning classrooms, cafeterias, gyms, restrooms, and common areasAssisting custodial and maintenance staff with campus projectsPainting classrooms, hallways, offices, and other district facilitiesFollowing safety procedures and district guidelines at all timesOther duties as assignedQualifications:Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periodsAbility to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsDependable attendance and punctuality requiredAbility to work cooperatively with supervisors and staffPrior maintenance, custodial, or groundskeeping experience preferred but not requiredWorking Conditions:Frequent walking, lifting, climbing, and manual laborExposure to heat, dust, cleaning chemicals, and outdoor conditionsUse of hand tools and cleaning equipment as neededEmployment Information:Seasonal summer positionHourly pay based on district guidelinesTypical work schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hoursCity View ISD is an equal opportunity employer.
