Commercial Field Technician – Experienced Low-Slope RooferBoone Brothers Roofing – Olathe, KSBoone Brothers Roofing is hiring Commercial Field Technicians with 5+ years of experience in commercial flat roofing systems. We are a family-owned company known for quality, integrity, and safety - proudly serving Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota for decades.As a Commercial Field Technician, you'll play a key role in installing, repairing, and detailing large-scale commercial roofs. You'll work hands-on in the field alongside skilled professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and safety standards.Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain TPO, PVC, and EPDM roof systemsOperate Leister welders for clean, watertight seamsFlash walls, curbs, inside/outside corners, and penetrations with precisionSafely apply LVOC Cav-Grip adhesives and related materialsCollaborate with foremen and teammates to meet project goalsMaintain Boone Brothers' Safety-First culture on every job siteRequirements:Minimum 5 years of commercial flat roofing experienceProficient in roof detailing, flashing, and membrane installationExperience operating Leister welders and related toolsOSHA 10 or 30 certification preferredReliable transportation and strong work ethicWhy Work With Us: We offer competitive pay: $25–$33 per hour (based on experience), year-round work, health and retirement benefits, and career growth opportunities within a stable, family-run company.
