Fund Accounting Manager

Basic info: Real estate investment firm founded in 2001, focused on housing & sustainability. Report to the Associate Director (big 4 alum & CPA). Total finance team of nearly 20 (tax, accounting, etc.). Requirements & more: Approximately 4-6 years of experience. Open profile: CPA leaving public accounting from audit; a combination of public accounting & industry experience; or a real estate industry accounting manager. Must have asset management/real estate exposure. Motivated professional with a passion for real estate. Take pride & ownership in your work. Collaborate with a strong accounting management team. Proven path to promotion. Advanced Excel skills required; Yardi knowledge a plus but not mandatory.
