Vyve Broadband provides high‑speed internet, TV, and voice services in 16 states — and we’re growing fast. What you’ll do:- Oversee installation, service, and system maintenance for your market
- Manage supervisors, field teams, budgets, and performance metrics
- Ensure FCC compliance, service reliability, and top‑notch customer experience
- Build relationships with local authorities, utilities, and community partners
- Mentor technical leaders and develop future talent
- 5+ years in telecom operations with supervisory experience
- Proven ability to drive results and lead teams
- Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and weather conditions
