What You'll Do:

As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you'll be the first and last impression every patient has of our practice.

On a daily basis you will:

• Welcome every patient with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care

• Answer phones confidently while helping patients schedule appointments

• Guide new families through their first visit

• Check patients in and out efficiently

• Verify insurance information and maintain accurate records

• Coordinate schedules and keep the day running smoothly

• Jump in wherever the team needs support

• Help create an experience that keeps families coming back year after year
