What We Offer Excellent starting pay range of $25.18 – $27.07 per hour First Responder pay: $75.00 per pay period (twice per month) Opportunities for additional pay based on performance Benefits 12 paid holidays plus 1 personal holiday each year 3 weeks of vacation per year 12 sick days per year Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Retirement plans: 403‑B Employee Savings Plan and an Employer Contribution Pension Training and Supervision Extensive training (e.g., WISE, De‑Escalation) Daily supervision and support as needed Responsibilities CPC (Youth Partners) collaborate, provide support, and help facilitate services for youth and their families receiving Family Behavioral Health Services. As a member of the treatment team, the Youth Partner helps a youth voice their perspective and works with other team members to incorporate that perspective into treatment planning. The position promotes confidence in the family’s ability to recover, maintain hope after services are completed, and achieve long‑term safety and stability in the community. The role is based at the FBH Northend, Tacoma, WA site and requires scheduling flexibility for community‑based and home‑based services. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Age 21 or older Personal (lived) experience as a youth who has received community or mental health services within the past ten years Acceptable driving record with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and current registration Successful completion of required background clearances prior to offer Availability to work flexible hours as needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated culturally competent service delivery and effectiveness in multi‑cultural settings Support and uphold the mission, beliefs, and values of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services About Tacoma Tacoma offers competitively priced living spaces, scenic views of Mt.
