Technical Designer

KM BUILDERS is a luxury residential remodeling company built on one belief: Design the Experience; Experience the Design. We're looking for a Technical Designer to join our team and turn our design vision into precise, buildable reality. What you'll do: Create and manage 3D interior renderings for design presentations and client selections Produce technical drawings and construction documentation from finalized selections Build and maintain accurate Revit models throughout each project Support our Interior Design and Architectural Design teams as projects require, from concept through construction Translate design intent into clear, detailed drawings our trades and clients can rely on What you bring: Proficiency in Revit (required) Experience producing technical/construction drawings from design selections An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, our clients notice the details, and so should you Ability to collaborate across design and architecture teams and manage multiple projects at once 3-5+ years of relevant experience preferred Why KM BUILDERS: We're a close-knit, growing team doing high-end remodeling work where craftsmanship and client experience come first.
