Marketing Specialist

Position Summary Jackson Furniture is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives, e-commerce operations, product content management, and digital asset organization. This position combines marketing support, content creation, e-commerce maintenance, and project coordination. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with product information management, digital asset organization, image library maintenance, spreadsheet management, and e-commerce support. Candidates who enjoy organizing data, maintaining accurate information, and supporting multiple projects will thrive in this position. Administrative & Project Management Upload, organize, and maintain product imagery, digital assets, and supporting content Maintain and populate digital image libraries and internal content databases Support website content updates, product listings, and product imagery Coordinate communication with Product Development, R&D, Merchandising, and Marketing teams E-Commerce Operations Support day-to-day e-commerce maintenance activities Assist with product setup and content updates across online retail channels Support retailer requests, product information requests, and operational follow-up Maintain and update product information databases, spreadsheets, and catalogs Marketing & Content Support Create furniture room scenes and lifestyle imagery using internal tools Support development of product feature, function, and lifestyle content Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and campaign support Create graphics, posts, and visual assets for social media and digital marketing initiatives Support marketing presentations, sales support materials, and product launch content Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred OR two years of relevant experience Experience in furniture, manufacturing, consumer products, or related industries is a plus Technical Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience working with large spreadsheets, databases, or product catalogs Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Midjourney, or similar platforms preferred Skills & Attributes Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong time-management and prioritization skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn Growth Opportunity This role offers hands-on experience across e-commerce, marketing, website development, digital content management, business operations, AI-assisted content creation, and project coordination.
