Accucare Nursing and Home Care is currently hiring nurses to join our team of dedicated and passionate healthcare professionals. We have an opening for the following position: 1:1 Nurse in Middletown, NY.

Job Details:

  • 1:1 Nursing in patient's home
  • 21yr old with Tracheostomy, Ventilator, Gastrostomy, Non-verbal, Non-ambulatory, Quadriplegic
  • Family member available to assist with transfers & repositioning
  • Part-time or per diem scheduling (Full-time cases available nearby)
  • Patient-specific training provided
  • Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info)

Available Shifts: Weekends

  • Saturday: 7:00AM - 7:00PM

Requirements:

  • Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required
  • NYS Nursing licensure required
  • Must be computer literate
  • Completion of onboarding required prior to training
  • Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed
  • Must have malpractice insurance

Compensation:

  • $45/hr
