What You'll Do

As a Sales Person, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every customer while helping them find the vehicle that best fits their needs.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcome customers with a friendly, confident, and professional approach
• Build genuine relationships and establish trust with customers
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and wants
• Showcase vehicles and confidently demonstrate features, technology, and benefits
• Conduct engaging test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Present purchase options and assist customers throughout the sales process
• Work with management and the finance team to help customers complete their purchase
• Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date on available inventory
• Keep vehicles properly displayed and merchandised to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude throughout the customer experience
• Work as part of a team to achieve individual and dealership goals

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while working on the dealership lot
• Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
