Shipping Receiving Coordinator

Our client, an industrial leader in warehousing and logistics, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to join their team. As a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Coordinator 

Location: East Manchester Township, PA

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of functions including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
• Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders efficiently
• Manage, organize, and retrieve stock within the warehouse environment
• Conduct data entry, scan orders, BOLs, and prepare packing slips
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment adhering to safety standards

What's Needed?

• Basic knowledge of shipping/receiving, packing, and inventory management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift objects weighing 10-70lbs regularly
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with equipment such as RF scan guns, tape guns, and label printers is a plus
