Job Title: Customer Account Coordinator

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to join our client to support seamless customer order fulfillment and deliver an exceptional service experience. This temporary opportunity is based in Moorestown, NJ and offers a hybrid work arrangement. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customer accounts, helping ensure orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved efficiently, and communication remains proactive throughout the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.


Compensation:
$27.00-$30.00/hour


Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM


Key Responsibilities of the Customer Account Coordinator:

• Manage assigned customer accounts by coordinating order processing activities and ensuring order information is entered accurately across multiple communication channels.
• Monitor order timelines, production schedules, and fulfillment updates while communicating any changes, delays, or shipping impacts to customers in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve order-related concerns by partnering with internal teams and external service providers to address logistics, product, quality, or delivery issues.
• Analyze account information, research discrepancies, and identify practical solutions that support both operational goals and customer expectations.
• Deliver responsive customer service by handling inquiries professionally, navigating challenging situations effectively, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement efforts by promoting accuracy, quality standards, collaboration, and adherence to established procedures.

Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Account Coordinator:

• Previous experience in a customer service, account support, order management, or similar client-facing role.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across various audiences.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems and performing basic numerical calculations to support daily business activities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
