About the Role:
As a Cook at Amber Court of Elizabeth, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. We are seeking a motivated and experienced cook to join our Food and Nutrition team, responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our seniors. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals for residents, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen
Plan and execute menus to meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
Manage food inventory, ordering supplies and managing kitchen stock
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service
Participate in menu planning and presentation to enhance the overall dining experience
