Where You’ll Lead

As Financial Controller, you’ll guide the accounting backbone of a $180M, multi-location distribution platform—raising precision, pace, and decision-ready insight as we grow. You’ll:
- Drive monthly/quarterly/annual close (goal: 4–5 business days) and produce GAAP financial statements
- Safeguard GL accuracy through strong reconciliations and executive KPI reporting
- Own multi-warehouse inventory accounting (reserves, shrink, obsolescence, cycle counts) and strengthen purchasing/receiving controls
- Advance internal controls, policies, audit readiness, and year-end review/tax coordination
- Improve cash flow and working capital across AR/AP/credit
- Scale systems through ERP optimization, automation, and reporting dashboards

Required:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting required and CPA/CMA preferred
- 7–12+ years progressive accounting; 3–5+ years leading teams
- Distribution/wholesale/product company experience ($100M+ revenue)
- Deep inventory accounting, ERP (Infor SX.e/NetSuite/Dynamics), advanced Excel
