Overview
Join our dynamic team in LaGrange, GA, as an Industrial Weaver! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to contribute to our production process in a fast-paced environment. As an Industrial Weaver, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality woven products that meet our customers' needs. If you have a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain weaving machines to produce woven fabrics according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Set up and adjust weaving equipment for different fabric types and patterns.
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity.
- Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in textiles or manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in weaving or textile production preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to operate machinery and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
