Family Law Attorney

To support a growing family law practice, the remote New Jersey Licensed Family Law Attorney will manage a caseload of divorce, custody, and support matters, handling cases from intake through resolution while collaborating with senior attorneys as needed. Key responsibilities Manage family law and matrimonial matters from intake through resolution Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements Appear in court for various family law proceedings and communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel Required qualifications 2 to 10+ years of family law experience Active New Jersey Bar admission in good standing Ability to independently manage files with limited oversight Strong drafting, litigation, and negotiation skills Experience with divorce, custody, and equitable distribution matters
