Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2-8 years of experience to handle a variety of family law matters. This role involves managing cases from start to finish, including drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of family law, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to working with clients through sensitive and complex situations. Responsibilities Manage family law cases from intake through resolution Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents Conduct and defend depositions Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations Provide legal advice and guidance on family law matters Conduct legal research and analyze case strategies Collaborate with clients and internal team members to achieve favorable outcomes Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in New Jersey 2-8 years of family law experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of family law and related legal issues Experience with motions, depositions, and legal research Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client‑focused approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
