Take ownership of assigned files and run with them while maintaining high-quality work product. Collaborate with the firm owner on case strategy and key decisions as needed. Provide exceptional client representation in all aspects of family law matters. Handle the full lifecycle of cases with minimal hand-holding. Qualifications 3‑5+ years of experience practicing family law. Ability to independently manage cases and drive them forward. Strong communication and client management skills.
