Location: Arvada, CO Onsite Job Description

Seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with strong expertise in mechanical design, Autodesk Revit , 3D modeling, 2D drafting, GD&T, and engineering drawing interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
• Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Revit .
• Perform design reviews, tolerance stack-up analysis, and fit/function verification.
• Apply GD&T and DFMA principles.
• Support material selection, BOMs, engineering documentation, and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure designs meet quality, safety, schedule, and client requirements.

Required Skills

• 7 10 years of mechanical design experience.
• 4+ years Autodesk Revit experience.
• Strong 3D modeling, 2D drafting, GD&T, and tolerance analysis skills.
• Knowledge of DFMA, material selection, BOMs, and PLM/PDM .
• Understanding of ASME, ISO, and ANSI standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Medical device experience preferred.
