Caregiver PositionHomeWell is seeking caring, dependable, and service-oriented caregivers who are passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home. In this role, you'll provide non-medical personal care and companionship that supports each client's dignity, independence, and quality of life. We value team members who lead with kindness, communicate professionally, and take pride in making a meaningful difference.Benefits include caregiver recognition, 401(k), bonus based on performance, flexible schedule, opportunity for advancement, and training & development.Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, providing medication reminders, preparing meals, offering companionship and emotional support, supporting daily activities and behaviors as needed, and performing light housekeeping for a safe home.Skills preferred include experience with bedbound care and transfers, knowledge of dementia and developmental disability care, ability to manage behaviors with patience and empathy, meal prep and dietary awareness, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.Requirements include caregiving experience 1-3 years preferred, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance. Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO (Oakville area). If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required. Work location: In person. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
