Learning and Development Coordinator

I'm working with a global data and analytics company, looking to add a Learning and Development Coordinator to their team!

Location: Remote - EST hours

Contract Duration: 6 months with potential to extend/convert

Pay Rate: $24/hr

About this role:

• Support employee onboarding and foundational learning programs across a large enterprise organization.
• Coordinate training assignments, scheduling, completion tracking, and reporting using Workday.
• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, communications, job aids, and learning content.
• Partner with employees, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding and learning experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage AI/automation while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate learning, onboarding, HR operations, enablement, or program coordination.
• Hands-on Workday experience, particularly with reporting, learning administration, training assignments, or employee data.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, communication, proofreading, and quality-assurance skills.
• Experience creating or maintaining training materials, presentations, job aids, communications, and process documentation, with knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Data-minded and tech-savvy, with Microsoft 365 proficiency and a willingness to learn new tools, including AI and learning technologies; proactive and customer-focused.
