Full-Time PBX - Telephone Operator

PBX/Telephone Operator Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls to the Hyatt Regency Columbus and provide a positive phone demeanor. Maintain strong guest service orientation to meet high expectations. Handle a high volume of calls and multi‑task effectively. Answer questions regarding the hotel and surrounding area. Assist Front Desk and Reservations when needed; cross‑training provided for front desk agent role. Demonstrate Hyatt Values: Respect, Integrity, Humility, Empathy, Creativity, and Fun.
