Donor Family Aftercare & Engagement Coordinator

We Are Sharing Hope Sc

We Are Sharing Hope SC is looking for a Donor Family Aftercare Coordinator based in North Charleston, SC, to provide compassionate support to donor families after the donation process. This role will develop aftercare initiatives, maintain communications, and organize remembrance events. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in grief support.
