Established company with no plans of going anywhere One of a kind benefits package Help shape the future of casting technology Job Details What you'll do Analyze and optimize ductile iron casting processes to improve yield, quality and consistency Run casting simulations in MAGMA to validate process changes before they hit the floor Lead root cause investigations on process deviations and drive corrective action to close them out Partner with production and quality teams to hold process control across every shift Support new product launches, testing and validation from a process standpoint Bring new technology and process improvements into daily operations What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field Two or more years of hands on process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Foundry background required, ductile iron casting, process simulation or continuous improvement experience is a strong plus Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to work well across teams Interested in hearing more?
