Position Details

Base salary of $260,000 plus up to 20% bonus potential tied to patient satisfaction, quality measures, living company values, and reducing hospital days. Total earning potential is $312,000 or more. Monday through Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm. Outpatient only no nights or weekends. Average 1012 patients per day with a panel capped at about 650 patients. Call is shared across the market (example: if there are 32 providers, call would be 1:32 weeks). Each physician has a dedicated care team including a medical assistant, scheduler, referral specialist, and full leadership support. Patient population includes seniors with 35 complex chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension.

Requirements

MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Fellowship in Geriatrics is a plus but not required. Must hold an active, unrestricted Ohio medical license and current DEA registration. Proficiency in common in-office procedures (suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care) is preferred.
