As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Regulatory Data Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and takes pride in keeping information organized, accurate, and compliant. What You'll Do: Review, validate, and enter product, packaging, and regulatory data into ERP and regulatory management systems while ensuring information remains accurate and up to date. Maintain and update regulatory, supplier, product, and packaging information across multiple business systems to support compliance and operational needs. Manage supplier regulatory documentation and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), including requesting, tracking, updating, organizing, and maintaining controlled records. Partner with internal teams to gather, verify, and organize information needed to support new products, packaging updates, and changing regulatory requirements. Support regulatory initiatives involving product stewardship, sustainability reporting, and other compliance-related programs. Assist with the setup and maintenance of Bills of Material (BOMs) and related product information within internal systems. Maintain organized electronic files, tracking logs, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation for regulatory activities and compliance requests. Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and recommend improvements that strengthen data accuracy, organization, and overall process efficiency.
