We are looking for Regulatory Specialist I to join our team in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. In this position, you will ensure compliance of Sensient Technologies products with appropriate regulations and serve as a regulatory resource to internal and external customers. This candidate must possess the ability to apply regulatory knowledge to make compliance decisions on food color systems across multiple countries and product platforms.

What You'll Do
• Maintain technical documentation for formulas and finished products.
• Ensure ethical and compliant handling of regulatory matters.
• Act as liaison for customers transitioning from artificial to natural colors.
• Provide technical support and information to external customers.
• Support internal teams with regulatory guidance and product information.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage assigned projects and related responsibilities.

What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Knowledge of food composition and food chemistry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external contacts.
• Skill in applying technical information to product-specific issues.
• Ability to learn and apply regional and international food regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

About Sensient Flavors:

The salary range for this position is $55,775 - $74,375. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions. In additional to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.

SPONSORSHIP: Due to our inability to offer visa sponsorship, we can only consider candidates who are authorized to work in United States, without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

RELOCATION: We are unable to offer relocation assistance. The successful candidate will be expected to work in Hoffman Estates, Illinois and must reside in area or be willing to commute.
