Required Skills & Experience
• \t4 years experience in sourcing or supply chain or equivalent working with suppliers on business terms and pricing, quoting, supplier selection process, negotiating\n•\t4 years experience in medical devices field\n•\tCollege degree\n•\tProficient in MS Office/Office 365\n•\tAbility to read/understand schedules and Gantt charts\n•\tWork experience or employment with a medical devices manufacturer

Job Description
• \tSeek qualified suppliers from Procurement Category Managers by sharing new product drawings or other information.\n•\tSend/receive RFQ’s and RFP’s to Suppliers\n•\tCollate and compare supplier responses to RFQ/RFP\n•\tConduct supplier down-select process and meeting with internal stakeholders.\n•\tSchedule and/or attend weekly supplier meetings during development/NPD phase of project. Take meeting minutes/action items and distribute.\n•\tNegotiate business terms and pricing, cost reduction schedules with suppliers and execute supply and distribution agreements with support of JnJ legal department.\n•\tEnable suppliers to successfully deliver validation lots of products by exercising project management skills, conducting meetings, holding stakeholders accountable for action items.\n•\tReport COGS to Supply Chain team.\n•\tReport standard costs to Finance team.\n•\tCoordinate with Planning for issuance of initial production purchase orders.\n•\tContinually report progress, risks to line manager throughout the process.\n\nThis role pays up to 41/hr based on experience
