Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with restorative nursing programs, transfers and gait training, and therapeutic exercise.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records. Experience with common SNF EMR systems preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in post-acute care preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday.
• Guaranteed Hours per Week: 35.
• Contract Length: 14 weeks.
• Floating Requirement: May be required to float to other facility units as needed.
