Licensed Insurance Agent- Inside Sales

Alpha Surance is hiring a Bilingual Inside Sales Agent to join our insurance agency team in our Tampa office. This person will handle inbound leads, follow up with prospects, quote insurance opportunities, and cross-sell coverage to our current book of business. This is a great role for someone who is energetic, organized, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by helping clients while also meeting sales goals. There is large growth potential, with opportunities to move into other producer roles if desired. Responsibilities Grow book of business (Homeowners & Auto focused) Respond quickly to inbound insurance leads by phone, email, and text. Quote and sell insurance products to new prospects. Cross-sell additional coverage opportunities to existing clients. Follow up consistently with unsold quotes and open opportunities. Review current client accounts for missing coverage, account rounding, and retention opportunities. Explain coverage options clearly in both English and Spanish. Build trust with prospects and clients through professional communication. Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity in the agency management system. Work with service team members to ensure a smooth handoff after sale. Meet or exceed activity, quote, close-rate, and sales goals. Qualifications Florida 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 license preferred, depending on product focus. Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly. Sales-minded, goal-oriented, and comfortable asking for the business. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations Organized and consistent with follow-up.
