Occupational Therapist (OT) - School Based - AZ Licensed
Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support a school district in the Glendale / Peoria area of Arizona (AZ) for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based OT who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to help students develop the functional skills necessary for academic success and independence.
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Contract Type: W2
Start Date: As soon as cleared to start
End Date: 2026-2027 School Year
Work Arrangement: In Person

Occupational Therapist (OT) School Based Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
- Develop measurable, functional IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Provide direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEPs
- Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, self-regulation, and functional classroom participation
- Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom accommodation
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active State Occupational Therapist License
- NBCOT certification required
- Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Prior school-based experience preferred
